By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Rinterior AI is operated by Mosaik Digital Kft., a company registered in Hungary (registration number: 01-09-392270), with its registered office at 1012 Budapest, Logodi utca 62.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Rinterior AI is an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate and visualize interior design concepts based on images of their spaces. The Service includes features for uploading images, selecting design styles, and generating AI-based design visualizations.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  1. To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  3. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. USER CONTENT

  1. "User Content" refers to any content, including images of spaces, that you upload, share, or otherwise provide to the Service.
  2. By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
  3. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to share User Content and that the User Content does not violate any third-party rights.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. The Service, including all features, functionality, content, and design elements, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  2. The AI-generated designs created through our Service are subject to the following terms:
    • For free tier users: You may use the generated designs for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
    • For paid tier users: Usage rights depend on your subscription level as detailed in your subscription plan.
  3. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit our Service or any content therein without our prior written consent.

7. PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATIONS

  1. Our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy, explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from our users. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  2. Email Storage and Use: By providing your email address during registration or while using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  2. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED DESIGNS, WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
  2. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rinterior AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

  1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through other reasonable means.
  2. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of American Arbitration Association.
  2. The arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California, and the judgment of the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rinterior AI concerning the Service.
